The Pre-Conference Workshop Registration Fee includes:

| • Admission to a one-day pre-conference workshop on Wednesday 15th July |
| • Workshop handouts and other information |
• Badge |
| • A certificate of attendance |

The registration fee does not include residential accommodation or an evening meal on Wednesday or Thursday. These can
be booked separately using the application form. (The Conference Dinner on Friday is free, but admission is by ticket only). The in-conference workshops must also be booked separately using the
in-conference workshop application form that will be available shortly before the conference or alternatively delegates can
book at the conference. The charge for a half day in-conference workshop will be £30.
Delegates will receive confirmation of their registration by email once payment has been made. All delegates will then need
to register on arrival to receive their conference bag which will contain all the information needed for the Workshop and/or
Conference: name badge, final programme, tickets to social events, etc.
The Conference Registration Desk will be located in Peter Chalke Building and will be open

Delegates must wear their badge at all times to be admitted to the conference sessions and the exhibition areas. If you
lose your badge you will need proof of identity and there will be a £15 fee for a replacement.
Refund Policy
Refunds will only be made if cancelled by 1st July 2009 and a £15 handling fee will be deducted. No refunds will be given
after that date. Requests for refunds must be made in writing.
Payment Policy
All pre-registration forms must be accompanied by a cheque in £ sterling or a clear indication of the paying authority to
invoice. Final payment is the responsibility of the applicant. |
