The Pre-Conference Workshop Registration Fee includes:

• Admission to a one-day pre-conference workshop on Wednesday 20th July

The Conference Registration Desk will be located in the concourse of the Management School and will be open at the following times:

The registration fee does not include residential accommodation or evening meals. The Conference Dinner on Thursday costs £25 and admission is by ticket only. The meal on Friday costs £10 and admission is by ticket only. The in-conference skills classes are free. However, spaces are limited by the size of the room and people arriving early are more likely to be admitted.

Delegates will receive confirmation of their registration by email once payment has been made. All delegates will then need to register on arrival to receive their conference bag which will contain all the information needed for the Workshop and/or Conference: name badge, final programme, tickets to social events, etc.

Delegates must wear their badge at all times to be admitted to the conference sessions and the exhibition areas. If you lose your badge you will need proof of identity and there will be a £15 fee for a replacement.

Refund Policy
Refunds will only be made if cancelled by 1st July 2010 and a £15 handling fee will be deducted. No refunds will be given after that date. Requests for refunds must be made in writing.

Payment Policy
All pre-registration forms must be accompanied by a cheque in £ sterling or a clear indication of the paying authority to invoice. Final payment is the responsibility of the applicant.
